Ultra Trail Islands 2023 – Mui Wo

Ultra Trail Islands is a series of trail-running event held virtually across multiple islands, including Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, and Hong Kong Island. Participants are free to choose the island route that best suits their abilities, with the designated route to be completed within the specified event deadline.
Event period: 14 January – 04 February 2024 (3-week period)
Distance: approximately 22 kilometers
Elevation gain: approximately 1050 meters
