Organised by the Hong Kong Diabetes association to increase public awareness about diabetes and to encourage healthy lifestyle.

Race 3 of HK50 series starting in Shing Mun, up Tai Mo Shan around Tai Lam and half way back up Tai Mo Shan finishing in Shing Mun. Very runnable 55km.

Includes 42K marathon, 21K half marathon, 8K and 8K family run.

About 7.5K, 800 quotas on first-come-first served basis.
