There are total 14 age categories, 3 junior age groups (12-13, 14-15 and 16-17), Open, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+, for both Men and Women. All races start at 8:00am on Saturday morning.
