Running

I'm taking a weekend trip to Shanghai with some friends.

I did quite a lot of freelanc photography in NYC but only recently got into running about 6 months ago after I moved back to HK.

On Sat, I will complete the full Hong Kong Trail in reverse (Stages 8 - 1) starting from Big Wave Bay [M100] and finish on The Peak [M1].

Due to changing schedules, travel and life getting in the way, I have a whole trailwalker team (special team) available to anyone that wants it.

So due to a conflict of scheudle the VTP Challenge is my first official race. I started running 6 months ago and I have no issue running 10K as of today.

I didn't sign up for the Tai Tam Tuk race mainly because it clashed with a potential trip I was taking on the same weekend.

Hi all, I've recently started running with my bare feet (as in shoeless, no minimalist footwear), and would like to know if there are any weirdos like me around town.

Just kind of curious since I just got into running about 5-6 months ago. I'm doing my first 'destination' race in Tokyo in Feb 2011.

Anyone planning to run Chicago this Oct?

I know the dates aren't posted but kind of curious about what the potential date will be for the HK Marathon.

It will be my first marathon. According to runner guide, it may be a hard race as temperature sometimes goes up to 30C. Do anyone have experience & comment on this race?

There seems to be the Bali Marathon on October 17, 2010 - but the website www.balimarathon.com is off...

I know the drinks was sponsored and packet by/for Watson. I find the tast just nice and the amount per pack was just nice; not too little and not too much that result in wastage.

Badwater is known also as the "the world's toughest footrace".

Any one have tried the "Southern District Cross Country Race" last year ? Just wonder how is the route, is it very difficult with a lot a up and down hill ?

Back from Hokkaido after finishing the 25th Lake Saroma 100K Ultra Marathon (my first 100K) with 11:58:03. I planned this ultra over the Sundown ultra to avoid the heat of Singapore.

Hey I just moved from New Zealand and I want to keep Running, and other new challenges, Im 20 and live in Sai Kung I am working at Outward Bound, Is there any good running clubs in the area?

There are many choices for this date for a marathon . Apart from Singapore and Macau I see the Shnaghai marathon is also on the same day
