Where to run

I have a business trip coming up in Zurich next week. Any advice from the community on a good 10-15k loop? Any particular hotel recommendation that would be close to that loop? Many thanks in advance

I am fairly new to Hong Kong, and I am training for the ING NYC marathon on November 4th.
I am struggling to find routes that are not overly hilly or on cement. I live on the South Side.

I am going to stay in Paris for 10days. Any good place to run and any safety issues/precautions ? Thanks ^.^

I love running at the Western Kowloon waterfront promenade but i wonder if there are any lockers available?

I am wondering if there is a best way to enter the park for finding the running trail, and if there are lockers. I will be running to the park from Kowloon Tong.

Hello everyone,
I'm originally from HK living in Holland (sorry, not very strong in Cantonese) and I'm coming back to run the Standard Chartered HK Marathon in February. For the first few days I'll be in the Tin Hau area before moving to TST for race day. Obviously I need to do my last light training in HK so I'm looking for route ideas and perhaps fellow runners who want to join (I'm aiming for 4:30 to give an idea on pace, typically faster on 5-10 k runs)!
