training groups for SCM

Dear runners: I have signed up to run the SCM in March next year and need to start piling up on long runs. I normally do my longish runs with the ShatinRunners group. But both Richy & Andy, the driving force behind ShatinRunners are probably going to take a break after their early December marathons.

Training for Nike 10K

I am a slow runner. I have been running for about 2 months and now i can run 10K at about 60 min. I set my target for NIKE 10K is 50min. In fact i feel quite frustrated as my time became static at 60 for nearly 2 weeks without any further improvement.
