Hi All
another week to go till the HK 100 race starts.

Lantau 50 / 100 Raidlight Recon - 30th Dec

Two are planning a recon and training of the Lantau Raidlight 100km course from the starting point Mui Wo to CP4 (Ngong Ping)and would welcome other hikers / runners interested.
