A New Book Found on Marathon in HK

Today I found a newly published book on marathon running in Hong Kong in commercial press outlet.

It's title is : Marathon in Hong Kong - Challenges and Health
I scaned its content and it seems to contain many articles on topics like sport injury and sports performance and training

Hi Mike,

The book is available in many bookstores in Hong Kong. I saw it in Commercial Press. I suppose it is also available in Swindon or other major bookstores here.

P/S. Some bookstores like Commercial Press offers 15% off on book items.

there are some interesting parts to this book but it is spoilt by silly unnecessary parts and sorting through them to find the good bits detracts from the overall worth. My favourite ..page 182..."For the sake of safety, runners should always be considerate and dispose of banana skins properly during the run". ....... !!:-) i must remember that.
