There is a sports ground with shower facilities. Start from the MTR station and walk pass Novotel and you will find it.

yes, there are lockers as well as good shower facilities. It is called Man Tung Road park and registration needed for locaker use.

Go hard to go home! Cheers Bhoova! I will no longer get a whole carriage to myself on the MTR though going home ;) Thanks Sportsgal also for the correction on Causeway Bay Sports ground.

Hi Keith, Location is correct. There are 18lockers there. Similar to Siu Lek Yuen and other facilities may have to register to use the facility to use lockers. Run from this location to Asia World Expo and back would be about 20k and relatively traffic free particularly in the mornings. About half-way, drinks can be obtained at Shell petrol station(no octopus - cash payment only).

if anyone wants a group run from here either sat or sun morning, I'm in. I live close by and having a few hearty souls to run with would be good. I have a great run which includes lots of dirt tracks from here.

There was a vending machine in the basement of the Dragonair Building at the end of the jogging track. It had Octopus but the closest to sports drinks on it was lemon tea. I moved out of TC in 2007, but it should probably still be there. Keep running ... ... ... ...
