The 2012 National Day Race organised by the Motor Transport Workers General Union will be held on Oct 1 at Tai Mei Tuk. Taipo.

The 2012 Ulfenbo 10K King of Fast Course held by Lok Wah Runners Club will take place on 7 October, 2012 (Sunday), starting at 8:30am at Yuen Chau Tsai Park, Tai Po.

This year's AVOHK- Mizuno Reservoir Race will start on Oct 7 (Sun) with race 1 in Aberdeen, starting at 9:00am. Distance is about 12km.

Jax Challenge will be held on Oct 7 (Sun) at Tai Tam Country Park, starting at 1:30pm. This includes a 14km hilly terrain or a family friendly 12km race.

Raleigh Challenge – Wilson Trail 2012 is a charitable hiking event held on 13 and 14 Oct 2012. Participants may join Explorer - Day Course (30km), Adventurer - Night
